WOTS Agent · San Antonio
Builders move their incentives weekly.
The MLS never says so.
Every agent selling new construction is guessing at what Perry, Highland, Lennar and D.R. Horton are actually offering this week — and quoting last month’s number to a buyer is how you lose one. WOTS Agent keeps a verified index of those offers, with a date on every one, and drafts the messages that come out of it.
It turns one phone call into everything downstream.
A number with a date on it
Forty builders, six hundred communities. Each offer records when it was last confirmed and by whom, so “$18,000 toward closing” is either something you can say out loud today or something the board tells you to go and check.
Drafts you read before they go
A lead asks about schools at 11pm. A message is written, screened, and waiting for you in the morning — never sent while you sleep. Your voice, your address, your phone.
The follow-up you would have forgotten
Somebody texts you their number and an introduction is drafted before you have put the phone down. Consults get reminders. Nothing needs you to remember it, and nothing goes without you.
Your time and your relationships are the two things you cannot buy more of.
The hours go to the same places every week: chasing what a builder is running now, rewriting the same message to a different buyer, and remembering who you owe a call. None of that is the part clients pay you for.
- The rep you know at Perry is yours. Contacts are private to the agent who built the relationship — never shared across the roster, never overwritten by somebody else’s.
- One call updates every community that builder runs. Confirm the offer once and thirty communities inherit it, with the exceptions recorded where they differ.
- The consult is the product. Every draft works toward fifteen minutes on the phone, because that is where you answer what a website cannot.
The useful half is what it will not do.
- It never names a builder, community or floor plan to a lead. That detail is what they pay you for; a message that gives it away books somebody else’s appointment.
- It never sends while you sleep. Every message waits for a person, and the ones that can go automatically are switched off until an agent turns them on for their own mailbox.
- It never claims a send it cannot prove. A message is queued until a provider says otherwise — never “delivered” because a button was pressed.
- It never quotes an unverified number. An offer nobody has confirmed in three weeks is marked, and stays out of anything built on it.
- It never texts from a shortcode. Approved texts open in your own Messages app, from your own number, because that is the one a client recognizes.
- It never steers. Schools, safety and demographics are refused on every draft, whatever the lead asked.
Five tiers.
What sits in each one is a conversation rather than a table — it depends on how much of the work you want to keep. Pricing comes with the demo.
Fifteen minutes, and you will know.
We will show you the board with real San Antonio builders on it, and you can decide whether it beats what you do now.
